Louie's California Bistro

Locally owned and operated by Anne Rizzoli, who had worked at Louie's for many years prior to becoming the "new" owner seven years ago. Louie's has been open for over thirty years now. It has maintained the very special dining experience with the menu and food staying consistent through the years and has been described as "California comfort food served with an elegant flair." Head Chef Tony Manzanares is going on 26 years at Louie's. Along with a professional and loyal staff, the food, presentation and service seems effortless. The wine list is well thought-out and eclectic. It features some great Santa Barbara County and Central Coast wines, Included are Napa Valley Cabernets as well as hard-to-find boutique wines....an array of wines that suit every dish we offer.
Anne has found that she loves the restaurant business and has learned every facet of food and wine service, as well as the finer aspects of customer service, always welcoming you to Louie's with a smile and welcome feel.
