Locally owned and operated by Anne Rizzoli and Trey Brooks, both of whom have worked at Louie's for many years prior to becoming the "new" owners three years ago. Louie's has been open for over twenty years now. Head Chef Tony Manzanares is going on 20 years at Louie's. Along with a professional and loyal staff, the food, presentation and service seems effortless.The wine list is well thought-out and eclectic.
